I can’t believe how fast time is flying by and it is already February 5. Season will be in full swing sooner than you think. I am very excited about being the new coordinator for the Coastal Plains League and am looking forward to working with all of you. Please take some time to review the documents on this site as you are preparing for the upcoming adult season.
In the State Downloads section, you will find the following files:
2012 North Carolina State Championships
2012 Matches to Advance to State Championships
2012 Team Management Tool*
*This document is in the format of a Power Point Presentation and is great for captains. It shows you step by step how to utilize a new feature on TennisLink. Captains can have their players submit their availability for matches on TennisLink and then create line-ups based on availability.
In the Coastal Plains Downloads section, you will find:
2012 Spring Calendar
2012 Men and Women Days of Play
2012 Coastal Plains Local Policies
2012 Coastal Plains Regulations*
I have made a few changes to our local policies and regulations based on some changes made at the state level. I have now received approval from the Coastal Plains Local League Committee and the North Carolina Tennis Association.
If you haven't already created an account on this website, please do so as soon as possible. In your profile, you can opt to receive email notifications whenever I post something new on the website so you can check it out.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I am looking forward to a great season!

It is time to start planning for the adult, senior and super senior combo season. Coastal Plains Combo team and player registration will begin July 1. The last day to create a team with the minimum number of 6 is August 1. Other important dates can be found on the Combo Calendar posted in the Coastal Plains document center.
TENTATIVE days of play for men and women have also been posted in the Coastal Plains document center. The days given for each level are only tentative. Days might be added or changed. Due to the short combo season and the necessity to meet state deadlines, it may be necessary to schedule matches for days and nights not listed in this document. Please keep that in mind as teams are formed and players register.
